We're now looking for an Spanish-speaking Customer Representative (f/m/d) to join our growing Customer Service team in Berlin.


In this role, you won't just be resolving tickets - you'll be helping our Spanish-speaking consumers navigate stressful financial situations with clarity and respect. Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients, consumers, and third parties (e.g. lawyers) in Spanish across multiple communication channels
  • Provide clear, accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Flag recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes
  • Use AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and applicable regulations

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken, at a professional level
  • Experience in a customer service or support role
  • A clear, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
Nice-to-haves:
  • Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian and/or German

Our offer for you:

  • For a junior level role, our salary band is €32,000 - €35,000 gross per year and for a mid-level role, our salary band is €36,000 - €44.500 gross per year (based on a 40-hour work week). The exact offer will reflect your experience and qualifications.
