Then join us as a (Senior) Sales Manager (f/m/d) in our further successful positioning of PAIR Finance in the European market. What you can do with us:

As a Sales Manager (f/m/d), you are directly contributing to the growth of PAIR Finance Sweden AB and our successful Fintech sage in the Swedish market.
You will manage and own the entire sales cycle from identifying, approaching, acquiring and developing potential B2B partners with the aim of building long-term and solid business relationships.
Proactively support the development and evolution of the business model by conducting market and trend analysis.
Preparation and delivery of pitches and presentations to clients.
Representation of PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions and other events that are relevant for our industry.
Ongoing information exchange with the management team and close contact to our Swedish Managing Director.
In strong collaboration with the market team, establish PAIR Finance Sweden AB as a market leader in Sweden opening up new opportunities for revenue growth.

What you should bring for it:

Several years of relevant professional experience in complex B2B sales or business development, ideally in the technology sector (particularly FinTech, InsureTech, Debt Collection or LegalTech)
Ability to drive significant sales growth and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced environment as well as a successful track record in Sales.
Posses a technical affinity that will help you explain our technology-based service to leads and potential prospects
Very good MS Office skills and enjoy working with technology
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Swedish and in English
