PAIR Finance werd in 2016 in Duitsland opgericht met de visie om de incassobranche in Europa digitaler, efficiënter en klantgerichter te maken. Ken jij alle facetten van het incasso vak? Ben jij die persoon die altijd klaar staat voor zijn/haar collega’s om te helpen en voor het beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen? Heb jij altijd een luisterend oor voor klanten en kun je oplossingsgericht communiceren? Vind je het leuk om in een snel groeiend bedrijf te werken? Wat je bij ons kunt doen:

Je communiceert oplossingsgericht en met begrip met opdrachtgevers, klanten en derden (bijv. schuldhulpverleners of bewindvoerders) via e-mail, chat en brief.
Je helpt klanten door met een luisterend oor de oplossing te vinden die het beste bij hen past.
Je bent o.a. contactpersoon voor de deurwaarder over gerechtelijke dossiers.
Je bent dol op techniek en weet als geen ander snel en effectief verschillende systemen tegelijk te gebruiken
Je vraagt actief om feedback van klanten om onze technologie en diensten continu verder te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren.
Je bent samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de interne processen.
Je beantwoordt inhoudelijke complexe vragen van collega's, klanten en opdrachtgevers.
Je houdt van optimaliseren en verandering en je wilt bijdragen aan onze groei.

Wat wij van jou vragen:

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar incasso ervaring.
Je bent werkzaam in een senior rol of bent toe om de stap te maken naar een senior rol.
Je wordt er enthousiast van om in een snelle omgeving te werken en om processen continu te verbeteren.
Je kunt vloeiend communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels (geschreven en gesproken).
Je hebt een passie voor nieuwe technologieën zoals AI.
Een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 opleiding.
Een afgeronde cursus NVI basis is een vereiste.
Een afgeronde cursus NVI problematische schulden is een pré.

What you can do with us:

Confidently communicate with clients, consumers, and third parties via email, chat, and letter, providing solution-oriented and professional support for their inquiries.
Handle legal matters such as requests from debt counseling agencies, respond to legal claims, and act as the primary contact for bailiffs regarding court files.
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for colleagues, clients, and customers on complex technical and legal issues.
Process cases efficiently and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Gather feedback from clients and customers to help drive improvements in our technology and services.
Continuously develop internal processes and structures to enhance team performance and effectiveness.

What you should bring for it:

Several years (5+) of experience in customer service with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
A completed MBO level 4 education is mandatory.
A completed NVI basic course is a requirement and a completed NVI problematic debt course is a plus.
