We are currently looking for a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Agent (f/m/d) to join our Collection team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will mainly work on incoming requests from B2C-consumers from Romania, leveraging your fluency in Romanian to deliver exceptional customer service.

What you can do with us:

Confidently communicate with Romanian consumers (B2C) via telephone, email, chat, and letter, providing solution-oriented and competent handling of their concerns.
Efficient processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems.
Work closely with colleagues in the Collection Team across the PAIR Finance group and other departments.
Collect valuable feedback from clients and consumers to support the improvement of our technology and services.

What you should bring for it:

Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Romanian and very good English skills, Polish language skills are a plus.
Relevant experience in B2C customer service, ideally with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.
Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
Please note that all candidates must be located in Warsaw, Poland and possess a valid work permit to be eligible for this position.
