We are a product company developing a multi-national debt collection platform using Ruby on Rails, VueJS, running on AWS. Our company has experienced significant growth and are continuously improving our infrastructure, processes and policies to form a reliable foundation for further growth.

To further develop our innovative product, we are looking for a Senior Tech Product Manager to join our team. You will be in charge of the management of our Finance and Payments related product. In this role you will work with a dedicated tech squad on managing finance related tasks, collaborate closely with a set of stakeholders, integrate and maintain various international payment solutions.

What you can do with us:

work within a cross-functional team consisting of 3-6 developers, a lead developer and a dedicated QA engineer
develop product ideas, new features and improvements together with internal stakeholders from Finance, Market, Collection, Courts and other departments
coordinate resources, create and manage project timelines to ensure that requirements are well-understood, development is done as expected and high-quality delivery is assured
oversee features' specification, implementation, testing, and releasing processes
establish third party integrations of international payment solutions and other related services
design and implement technologies and processes for product accounting & core finance processes
automate revenue, costs and ledger processes
establish, monitor and analyze metrics related to core and finance services; use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, drive product optimisations, and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies
write documentation, collaborate closely with peer product managers, tech & QA teams to share knowledge and facilitate cross-learning process

What you should bring for it:

insights on building technology driven processes for cash management and transaction processing which include consumer payments, invoicing, payouts and reconciliation (good to have)
knowledge about SEPA structures, Payment Service providers (good to have)
significant working experience in Product Management, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment in Fintech, Insurtech, Legaltech, AdTech or software development
ability to understand and clarify business requirements, convert them into clear specifications and acceptance criteria
expectations management of business owners
understanding software development processes and agile methodologies such as Scrum, FDD, Kanban and requirements gathering techniques (use cases, user stories, features and scenarios)
strong understanding of tech:
- knowledge or experience working with any databases, SQL, ER-models
- familiarity with cloud technologies
- knowledge of any programming language, ability to at least partially understand/read the code and communicate with developers in a technical language
- experience with APIs, JSON, XML data formats
- experience in working and/or configuring complex middleware
- experience with Linux servers and/or console
- experience in UI / UX
excellent communication skills in English
