The success story of revolutionizing the debt collection industry in the German market already started in Berlin in 2016, and now we are building our team in Poland to enter the Polish market as well. For the further development and expansion of our customer service for our clients' customers (B2C), we are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead (f/m/d) with a strong history in the Polish debt collection market. What you can do with us:

Hands-on confident communication via telephone, e-mail, chat and letter with our clients and consumers
Setup and lead a small customer service team that covers requests from consumers from the Polish market
Once the team is set up: ensure that the team communicates confidently with
- clients and customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and letter and that concerns are dealt with in a solution-oriented and competent manner
- third parties, in particular debt counseling agencies and attorneys
Coordinating client inquiries to the right contact persons, including inquiries about data protection and legal issues
Ensuring the economically effective processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems
Gathering feedback from clients, customers, and third parties and providing related support to improve technology and service delivery
Collaborate with the management team, especially Collections, and Operations, for the continuous development of operational processes
Reporting to the Country Head Poland and to the Head of Collection in Berlin

What you should bring for it:

Successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training, education on HBO level or a qualified academical degree
5+ years of experience as a customer service team lead, in the debt collection industry
Strong motivational skills to lead a dedicated team and focus on the development of individual team members
Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to improve processes and standards
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Polish and English (written and spoken)
Good MS Office skills and interest in technology
