• Hands-on confident communication via telephone, e-mail, chat and letter with our clients and consumers
• Setup and lead a small customer service team that covers requests from consumers from the Polish market
• Once the team is set up: ensure that the team communicates confidently with 
  • clients and customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and letter and that concerns are dealt with in a solution-oriented and competent manner
  • third parties, in particular debt counseling agencies and attorneys
• Coordinating client inquiries to the right contact persons, including inquiries about data protection and legal issues
• Ensuring the economically effective processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems
• Gathering feedback from clients, customers, and third parties and providing related support to improve technology and service delivery
• Collaborate with the management team, especially Collections, and Operations, for the continuous development of operational processes
• Reporting to the Country Head Poland and to the Head of Collection in Berlin

• Successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training, education on HBO level or a qualified academical degree
• 5+ years of experience as a customer service team lead, in the debt collection industry
• Strong motivational skills to lead a dedicated team and focus on the development of individual team members
• Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to improve processes and standards
• Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Good MS Office skills and interest in technology
